Terms
Websites, enquiries and the free pilot. Version 1.1 · 27 October 2026.
1. Operator and scope
The operator of Przesiewarka.pl and Przesiewarka.pl is Przemysław Szymański — PLOT Electronics, Polish tax ID 7292489654, ul. Sybiraków 8, 11-500 Giżycko, Poland. Contact, complaints and reports: info@przesiewarka.pl. Version 1.1, 27 October 2026. These terms cover the free websites, contact tools, local data checks and pilot enquiries. You may save or print them. Pilot participation is intended for businesses represented by authorised people; public information is open to everyone.
2. Website services
The websites provide cooperation information, illustrative comparisons, email preparation and a local CSV format checker on Przesiewarka.pl. Use an up-to-date browser and internet connection; interactive tools require JavaScript and sending an enquiry requires email. Browsing starts at your request and ends when you leave. The contact tool opens your email application; you send the message yourself. An enquiry alone does not conclude a pilot agreement.
3. Joining and agreeing the pilot
Manufacturers, stores, integrators and AI agent operators may apply. Provide your business name, authorised contact, email and a short description of your catalogue or proposed test. Before work begins, both parties confirm by email or signed agreement: the participant and authority to represent it, specific tasks, data and access permissions, deliverables, start and end dates, contacts and termination conditions. The agreement is concluded when both sides agree these terms. Receipt of an enquiry is not acceptance. The participant receives the agreed scope and these terms on a durable medium, such as email.
4. Free pilot and later contracts
The first 3 months of the pilot are free. After accepting paid cooperation: PLN 100 net per month plus applicable VAT. This rate is guaranteed unchanged for 12 months from the start of the paid subscription, for the agreed service scope.
The trial starts when the agreed service is actually activated. Advertising, promoted listings and other add-ons are charged separately only when ordered. The customer must accept the paid-service terms.
The agreed pilot is free. It requires no card details, creates no subscription and has no automatic renewal. Paid cooperation requires a separate offer and agreement covering the service, available features, price and taxes, term, delivery, payment and termination. Silence or pilot participation does not authorise charges. Any early-partner preference applies only as confirmed in an individual offer.
5. Actual scope and transactions
A pilot may cover a sample catalogue review, data-model preparation or a separately specified test integration. Only the confirmed scope is binding. Website animation does not show live transactions; example comparisons are labelled illustrations. Any agreed technical access requires launch confirmation and authorisation rules. Pilot participation alone grants neither production API access nor authority to buy for a client. Product sales are separate agreements with the identified seller; the operator does not become that seller merely by operating these websites.
6. Data, rights and confidentiality
Participants provide lawful, accurate data they are entitled to use. Identify production country separately from company location, net or gross price, currency, units, delivery conditions, declared availability and update time; report changes promptly. For the agreed test, participants grant a non-exclusive right to use their materials only to carry out that test. Public catalogue publication, disclosure to other participants, promotional logo use and model training require a separate legal basis or permission. Agree confidentiality before sending confidential material and a processing agreement where legally required. Do not email passwords, API secrets or payment details.
7. AI agents and permissions
An agent is a tool operated by an identified entity, not an independent contracting party. Reading data, recommending an offer and placing an order are separate permissions. Using an agent does not by itself authorise a purchase or grant power of representation. Any binding action requires established authority, spending limits, mandatory specifications, delivery requirements and approval rules. A client must authorise changes to budget or criteria. Unauthorised access, security testing and overloading are prohibited.
8. Matching and risks
The aim is better product data and less repetitive work. Savings, sales, enquiries and the lowest market price are not guaranteed. Sources may be incomplete or stale; AI may misread units, variants, quantities or conditions. Confirm the supplier, total price, stock, quality and delivery before committing. The illustrative comparison first checks mandatory requirements, then confirmed total cost and timing, followed by data completeness and freshness. It is not a live ranking of the whole market. A specific pilot defines its own comparison scope. Advertising or paid prominence must be identified and separate from matching assessment.
9. Misuse and liability
Illegal content, fraud, copyright infringement, malware, offer manipulation and impersonation are prohibited. Report a URL or content identifier, reasons and reply contact. The operator reviews reports, may seek clarification or proportionately restrict specific content or testing, explains the reason and allows a response. Each party is responsible under applicable law for its own conduct and agreed duties. Risk information does not remove statutory liability, including liability for intentional harm or mandatory user rights.
10. Complaints and ending participation
Send complaints about the operator’s services to info@przesiewarka.pl, describing the issue, date, URL or pilot reference and requested remedy. We acknowledge receipt and respond within 14 days, requesting any missing information. Product complaints go to the seller unless a specific agreement assigns a different role. Participants may leave the free pilot at any time by email without a fee; it also ends on its agreed date. The operator may end it for a justified reason, explaining the decision and arranging delivery of results already produced. Test-use rights end; only legally necessary records or records needed for claims remain under the privacy policy.
11. Law, changes and privacy
Polish law applies subject to mandatory protections, including those applicable to consumers and qualifying sole traders. Changes do not automatically amend an existing pilot or introduce fees; changes to an agreed pilot require agreement. See the privacy policy for data processing and How it works for practical safeguards. The Polish, English and German versions communicate the same terms; ask the operator to clarify any discrepancy before concluding an agreement.
