Controller

Data, purposes and grounds
We use business/contact details, enquiry contents and information needed to agree and deliver a pilot. Hosting may log IP addresses, request time and URL, and browser information. GDPR Article 6(1)(b) covers steps requested before a contract and a contract with the individual; Article 6(1)(f) covers business correspondence, company representatives, security and legal claims; Article 6(1)(c) covers legal duties where relevant. Marketing needs its own lawful basis and prior channel consent where required. Pilot enquiries do not subscribe you to newsletters.
Recipients and transfers
Authorised staff and hosting, email and IT providers may receive data as necessary and under an appropriate legal basis; public authorities receive it when required by law. Contact alone does not authorise public disclosure or sharing your catalogue with other participants. Before using an external AI provider or transferring pilot data outside the EEA, we identify recipients, purposes, legal grounds and safeguards. A processing agreement is agreed where required. Do not send sensitive data, customer records, passwords or API secrets through an ordinary enquiry.
Retention
Enquiries with no resulting cooperation are kept until resolved and normally no longer than 12 months from the last contact. Contract records are kept for performance and then applicable legal duties and limitation periods. Technical logs are retained as needed for security and diagnostics according to hosting configuration; incident evidence may be retained for investigation. Data is not retained longer than its purpose requires.
Your rights
Where applicable you may access, correct, erase, restrict or port data, object to legitimate-interest processing and withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing. Contact the controller. You may complain to the Polish supervisory authority, UODO. Providing data is voluntary; missing necessary details may prevent a reply or agreement.
Local tools and cookies
Contact tools prepare a message in your email application; you choose whether to send it. The CSV checker processes files locally without importing them to the server. WordPress uses technical mechanisms, including administrator login cookies. This version has no added advertising trackers or analytics. Optional mechanisms require notice and consent where required. External sites and email providers have their own policies.
AI and decisions
Browsing or applying does not produce a solely automated decision with legal or similarly significant effects on a person. Pilot data use and controller/processor roles are agreed before the test.
