From an enquiry to an agreed test
Submit your business and goal. Agree a small data sample and a measurable result. Confirm a free pilot agreement with dates and responsibilities. Evaluate the result within that scope. Decide separately whether to accept a paid offer; there is no automatic subscription.
Benefits for manufacturers
Consistent product descriptions can reduce repeated explanations and make catalogues easier to use across purchasing tools. A small pilot helps reveal data-quality gaps before a larger integration investment. Reach, enquiries and sales depend on actual adoption and are not guaranteed.
Benefits for buyers
Comparing total costs can reveal a better direct offer. Common units, transport, taxes, minimum quantities and delivery dates help distinguish a low unit price from a good overall purchase. Quality, compliance and supplier risk remain separate requirements.
How a comparison is assessed
The test starts with mandatory specifications and the correct variant, then confirmed total cost and delivery. Completeness and freshness of evidence follow. Criteria weights and exceptions are agreed for the task. Missing information requires confirmation; it is not a match. A limited comparison is not described as the cheapest offer on the entire market. Paid advertising must be distinguished from suitability.
Price and delivery: an illustration
Illustration, not an offer: 100 units at PLN 10 plus PLN 300 delivery total PLN 1,300. At PLN 11 plus PLN 50 delivery, the total is PLN 1,150. On equivalent quality and terms, the higher unit price gives a PLN 150 lower total. Compare taxes, units and all other costs on the same basis.
Risks and consequences
Stale stock can prevent fulfilment. A wrong unit or variant can cause an unsuitable purchase. Missing costs alter the economics; unclear agent authority can cause a contract dispute. Check the source and update time, confirm quantity and total price with the supplier and define spending and approval permissions.
People define the limits
Agents can collect evidence and recommend an option. Reading a catalogue does not authorise a purchase. The client sets budget, mandatory specifications and permitted substitutes. Changes require authority. A binding order needs a separately agreed authorisation process. Website examples are labelled illustrations; actual tests follow the participant’s agreement.
